Mulled Pear Gin
Here’s what you’ll need:
100ml The Edge Pear Drop Gin Liqueur
1/2 litre cold pressed apple juice (any brand)
The juice of 1 lime
1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and quartered
1 inch slice of fresh ginger
1 cinnamon stick
In a pan add all of the above ingredients.
Warm through on a low heat and keep the lid on to stop the alcohol from evaporating.
Allow to heat up and simmer for 20 minutes but never let it boil.
Pour through a sieve into your heat resistant glass or mug and enjoy!
