Pear & Blackberry Sour

Here’s what you’ll need:
Serves 1
Into a cocktail shaker add

50ml The Edge Pear Gin

15ml fresh squeezed lemon juice

75ml Syrup from Tinned Pears (can use simple Syrup but the Pear Syrup works nicely)

4 x Blackberries
-
Ice
Muddle 4 Blackberries in the bottom of your glass and fill with ice.
Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Pear Gin, Syrup and lemon juice.
Shake well and strain into your glass.
Garnish with a sliced pear and top up with lemonade for a fruity spritz.
