GIN SCHOOL
With a welcome G&T in hand, we'll share with you everything you need to know about making your very own craft gin and help you get an idea of what type of gin you'd like to make.
You'll be able to choose from a wide array of botanicals that we have at the distillery and you will be assigned your own copper pot still in which to distill your own 70cl bottle of gin to take home with you.

The Edge Gin School is held on Saturday & Sunday afternoons from 1pm. (2-3 hours).

A delicious afternoon tea will be served during the gin making process along with a second drink. Please email Clare after booking, with any allergy or dietary restrictions.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND? If you have already been to our micro-distillery, you will know that space is extremely limited so unfortunately we cannot accomodate any extra people in the gin school as observers. However, they are welcome to have drinks in the bar area.
